Trinity Mourns Loss of Longtime Hyde Park Member

We would like to express our heartfelt condolences at the passing of Ambra Reedy, a loved and respected longtime member of Hyde Park United Methodist Church. Ambra was very active within her spiritual community and took on lay leadership roles at Hyde Park. Her full obituary is available here from the Austin American Statesman. She died on Sunday at the age of 90.

Visitation will be at Weed-Corley-Fish on North Lamar, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Friday, November 5. Services will be at First Baptist Church of Austin, 901 Trinity Street, at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 6. Burial will be at Capital Parks Cemetery in Pflugerville immediately following the service. Memorials can be made to the American Cancer Society (in memory of William Monroe Mayton) or United Methodist Committee on Relief or Methodist Federation for Social Action.
