This year’s event will feature presentations by Rev. Cindy Rigby, Sen. Jane Nelson on childhood nutrition and obesity, Rev. Timothy Tutt on predatory lending, and Dick Lavine and Eva De Luna Castro from the Center on Public Policy Priorities on the state budget. Other topics will include the Affordable Care Act implementation in   Texas, immigration, and energy and the environment.
