Mardi Gras Gumbo Cook-off, Talent Show, and Family Dance: March 5th!

Mark your calendars and join us on Saturday, March 5th for Trinity’s Mardi Gras Gumbo Cook-off, Talent Show, and Family Dance!  This will be the first event to take place in our newly renovated sanctuary and we hope that you’ll be there to help us celebrate in style.

6 pm: Enjoy a delicious meal and vote for your favorite Gumbo in the Community Hall.

6:45 pm: Cheer on your friends, family, and neighbors in our beautiful new sanctuary as they strut their stuff in the talent show portion of the evening.  I have it on good authority that one of the acts will showcase the vocal stylings of a certain Pastor! 🙂

8:15 pm: Stick around for a family dance in the Community Hall.

  • Food, fun, and fellowship are free; donations are welcome and appreciated!
  • Children’s activities will be available during the Talent Show.  Nursery/toddler care is available throughout the evening.  Please RSVP if you will have children attending: children@tumc.org.
  • Email talent@tumc.org to enter your gumbo in the cook-off or your talent in the talent show.
