Children’s Corner

The children are learning about Jesus this month.  Last week, discussion centered around Jesus as a man.  We all have a lot in common with him!  As a Galilean Jew, Jesus was a minority and would have suffered the worst kinds of treatment by those in power.

This week, we’ll go back to 2 services.  We assume that many children will attend the celebration honoring Jane Wise during Sunday School time (10:30), so we will continue or exploration of the life and values of Jesus during celebration times.  We will discuss the Good Samaritan story and the concept of “love your neighbor.”  We hope to see your kiddos this Sunday!
