Introduction to E.A.S.E.: Expanding Awareness of Subtle Energy – 11/12

There is still time to register for a wonderful energy workshop this weekend at Trinity.  EASE is a practice that includes gentle stretching, conscious breathing,and simple principles of self-activating the subtle energetic body to release tension, increase vitality, balance, and awareness.

The Mantra Project:  Kim will also have a display of her series of paintings in which she incorporated her personal mantra – talk less, notice more, serve love.  She will informally share about how she uses her art intentionally, as a way to know the self, to connect with her creativity, and her desire to create a monthly intentional art workshop at Trinity.

Instructor Kim Suvia received her B.A. in somatic psychology in 1984, has been a practitioner of Jin Shin Jyutsu since 1992, is a certified JSJ Self Help Instructor, and has also studied Reiki,Attunement, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), yoga, and chi gung.
